Established in 1980 as a small manufacturing unit under the name Vikas Rubber Industries, Defrail Technologies Limited has evolved into a globally positioned, technology-driven rubber engineering company. In 2008, the foundation was further strengthened with the incorporation of Impex Hitech Rubber Pvt. Ltd., expanding capabilities and operational scale.

Today, Defrail Technologies Limited stands as a multi-dimensional enterprise serving domestic and international markets with high-performance rubber and polymer solutions.

Our fully integrated manufacturing facilities span over 50,000 sq. ft., equipped with advanced, state-of-the-art machinery including mixing mills, extruders, braiding machines, and precision moulding systems.

As an IATF 16949:2016 certified organization, we operate under globally recognized quality management systems, ensuring strict quality control and performance validation.

We specialize in advanced manufacturing processes including extrusion, knitting & braiding, vulcanization, and moulding, delivering:

• Rubber beadings and profiles

• Precision rubber moulded components

Our in-house laboratory and R&D center enable continuous product development, material testing, and performance enhancement.

MR. VIVEK AGGARWAL is Managing Director of Defrail Technologies Limited. His professional qualification is Post Graduation (MBA in Marketing & Finance). He joined the DTL Group of Companies in year 2008.

MR. ABHISHEK AGGARWAL is Director-Finance of Defrail Technologies Limited. His professional qualification is Post Graduation (MBA in Operations). He joined the DTL Group of Companies in year 2011.

Mr Rajesh Agrawal

Shri Rajesh Agrawal, a 1980 batch IRSME officer, is a former General Manager of the Modern Coach Factory, Raebareli. With decades of leadership across multiple Indian Railways zones and institutions, he brings expertise in manufacturing, operations, logistics, and engineering. He has also served as a UNESCO/ICOMOS expert and authored works on India’s railway heritage.
