Established in 1980 as a small unit for manufacturing rubber parts, Defrail Technologies Limited started its first setup under the name Vikas Rubber Industries. In 2008, a new company, Impex Hitech Rubber Pvt. Ltd., was established. Fast-forward to today, our company is known as Defrail Technologies Limited, which has become a multi-dimensional venture.

We have fully integrated manufacturing facilities spanning over 50,000 sq. ft. The production area is equipped with advanced state-of-the-art production machinery and equipment, such as mixing mills, extruders, braiding machines and various moulding machines.

As an ISO 9001:2015 certified company, we provide our customers with reliable products that are superior in quality. Our aim is to develop strong customer relationships by offering products that speak for themselves. With the long-term vision of being a strong global player and a leading Indian Organization for manufacturing & marketing fluid transmission products for automotive and industrial applications, we collaboratively engage with all our stakeholders.

The company has a wide range of advanced processes for manufacturing rubber parts such as extrusion, knitting/braiding, vulcanization and moulding processes. Our products include rubber hoses & assemblies, rubber beadings and rubber moulding parts. We have our own laboratory and R&D center run by professionals and technical experts. We manufacture these products after conducting thorough research and each product is quality-certified. Our brand has expertise in the development & processing of various polymers, including NR, SBR, PBR, IIR and CR, to name a few.

Today, we have grown as one of the major players in the world, serving different industries and sectors, ranging from railways, defence, automobile industry to refineries and petrochemicals. MR. DINESH AGGARWAL is Chairman of Defrail Technologies Limited. His professional qualification is graduate. He established/founded the DTL Group of companies in year 1980.

MR. VIVEK AGGARWAL

MR. VIVEK AGGARWAL is Managing Director of Defrail Technologies Limited. His professional qualification is Post Graduation (MBA in Marketing & Finanace). He joined the DTL Group of Companies in year 2008.

MR. ABHISHEK AGGARWAL

MR. ABHISHEK AGGARWAL is Director-Finance of Defrail Technologies Limited. His professional qualification is Post Graduation (MBA in Operations). He joined the DTL Group of Companies in year 2011.

Mrs Neetu Dhulia

With over 25 years of experience in media , Neetu Dhulia brings extensive expertise in the defense and aerospace sectors. As part of a leading aviation and defense media outlet, she has spent more than a decade working closely with OEMs and industry stakeholders across India, the Americas, Europe, the Middle East, and ASEAN regions.

Her past experience includes leadership roles at prominent media organizations such as Hindustan Times, NDTV, India Today, and Media TransAsia, where she spearheaded content strategy, business development, and partnerships. Neetu also actively engages with government entities, industry bodies, and associations to foster strategic partnerships and drive key industry dialogues.

Mr Vivek Karnavat

Cmde Vivek Karnavat was commisioned in the Indian Navy as an Executive Branch officer in 1987. He specialised as a pilot (Air Force Academy, Dindigul) and further as a flying instructor ( Flying Instructors’ School, IAF, Tambram).

The values instilled during the formative years at school (RIMC, Dehradun) and the National Defence Academy (NDA, Khadakvasla) were compounded over next 35 years in the Indian Navy with a well rounded exposure to flying, maritime operations, contracts management, investment management and administration.

He has led teams ranging from a few to a thousand plus personnel at different stages of his naval career. The learnings of strategy, tactics, planning, execution and risk management of the entire naval career were put to good use in administering the insurance scheme of the Indian Navy & Indian Coast Guard alongwith investing the ever increasing corpus. His stint as a ‘Capital Allocator’ has given him well rounded insights into many industries & businesses in India. After superannuation from the Indian Navy he is now involved in advisory and board roles.

Mr Rajesh Agrawal

Shri Rajesh Agrawal belongs to the 1980 batch of Indian Railways Services of Mechanical Engineering (IRSME). He was General Manager of Modern Coach Factory at Raebarely. Shri Agrawal has experience in turnaround management, Operation, Manufacturing, Logistics, Engineering & Public Administration. He served as UNESCO/ICOMOS expert in World-Heritage, Environment, Tourism, Culture, Museum, Conservation, Sustainable Development, Stakeholder-Frameworks, Community. Shri Agrawal’s academic qualifications include three Engineering Degrees viz Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering.
During the course of his long illustrious career, Shri Rajesh Agrawal held several important executive and managerial positions o¬n Indian Railways. Shri Agrawal has served in 8 Zonal Railways i.e. Eastern Railway, North Frontier, North Western, South Eastern, South East Central, Southern, Western & West Central Railway. He also served in Railway Board, Modern Coach Factory & CRIS. Shri Agrawal also served as Director, National Rail Museum, Divisional Railway Manager, Southern Railway, Deputy General Manager & Chief Vigilance Officer, North Frontier Railway, Chief Mechanical Engineer, West Central Railway etc.
Shri Agrawal is an author of All Indian Railways World Heritage Sites Inscriptions i.e. Darjeeling Himalayan Railways, Nilgiri Mountain Railways, Kalka Shimla Railways & Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus. Shri Agrawal underwent several training programmes in India and Abroad. He has been decorated with many awards like Gold Medals in IE (India)’81, NAIR’85, GM’95, Hindi-Board’s Award’88, UNESCO Best Project ’07 Barker Robbins Prize etc.

Mrs. Ashi Aggarwal

Mrs. Ashi Aggarwal is the Non-Executive Director of Defrail Technologies Limited, a key figure in the company’s journey and growth. With a professional qualification of B.Ed., Mrs. Aggarwal was instrumental in establishing Impex Hitech Rubber Industries in 2008, a small unit dedicated to manufacturing rubber parts. This venture later evolved into what is now known as Defrail Technologies Limited, a multi-dimensional and globally recognized company.

Under her strategic direction, Defrail Technologies has expanded into a robust business with fully integrated manufacturing facilities spanning over 50,000 sq. ft. The company is equipped with state-of-the-art production machinery, including mixing mills, extruders, braiding machines, and moulding equipment, enabling it to produce high-quality rubber products such as hoses, assemblies, beadings, and moulded parts. As an ISO 9001:2015 certified company, Mrs. Aggarwal has helped ensure that the company maintains a focus on superior product quality and customer satisfaction.
